How to buy

Accessing the STORE section of our website, you will find all product categories. Selecting a category lists all products contained within it, which can be filtered using different options and characteristics found in the filter on the left side.

To view the details of a product, you must click on it, which leads to its detailed product page. To purchase the product, you must choose the units, and as applicable, the size and/or color, then click the "Add to cart" button.

Once the user has selected the products offered in the STORE section, the user must follow the phases of the contracting process indicated below:

Phase 1. – Shopping Cart Validation: Once the user finishes selecting the products they wish to purchase, they must validate their shopping cart, where the selected products, the number of units, their price, and shipping costs will be displayed.

Phase 2. – Provide Billing and Shipping Information: Once the user validates their shopping cart, they must provide the billing and shipping information for the products.

Phase 3.- Select Payment Method: Once the user provides the billing and shipping information, they must select the payment method they wish to use. Currently, the website has different payment methods that you can consult here

Phase 4.- Payment of the total economic amount: The user will be automatically redirected by the system to the online payment platforms (POS) of the corresponding banking entities.

Phase 5.- Purchase Confirmation: Salvaterra de Magos will send the Customer, within a maximum of 24 hours from the effective payment of the purchase by the Customer, an email providing a summary with all the characteristics of the purchase made.
